Welcome to Astrid Algos ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at astrid.bet (the "Site"), our mobile applications, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

You must be at least 21 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Astrid Algos is an entertainment and informational platform. The information provided through the Services, including but not limited to sports picks, analytics, projections, and related content, is intended for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee any outcomes, winnings, or results. Sports betting involves substantial risk, and you may lose some or all of your money. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any associated financial consequences.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, analytics, statistical models, algorithms, picks, projections, and any other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of Astrid Algos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Astrid Algos name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Astrid Algos or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content from the Services without our express prior written consent. You may not mirror or frame any Content from the Services on any other website or platform.

Use, Restrictions, and Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

  • Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access, monitor, copy, or collect Content from the Services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services;
  • Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your account access or any Content obtained through the Services;
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services;
  • Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Each account is for single-user access only. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Additional Terms for SMS Marketing

By opting in to our SMS marketing program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Astrid Algos, including messages sent by autodialer. You may receive up to two (2) messages per week. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time without notice.

Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, improvements, ideas, or other non-personal information or materials ("Feedback"), you hereby assign to Astrid Algos all rights, title, and interest in and to such Feedback. We shall be free to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Feedback without restriction or obligation to you. Feedback does not include personally identifiable information, which is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Purchases, Cancellations, and Conditions

Astrid Algos offers subscription-based access to the Services. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free trials, if offered, may convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. You are responsible for canceling any free trial before the conversion date if you do not wish to be charged.

All payments are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods, unused services, or account cancellations. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we change the pricing for your subscription, we will notify you in advance. Your continued use of the Services after the price change constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.

Promotions

From time to time, we may send you promotional communications, including emails and notifications about special offers, new features, and other information we think may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email or by contacting us directly.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

We may use data collected through the Services to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; process transactions; send communications; and comply with legal obligations. The Services may contain links to third-party websites, sportsbooks, applications, or services that are not owned or controlled by Astrid Algos. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Astrid Algos shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party content, goods, or services.

Astrid Algos is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, or seller of any third-party products. Any references to sportsbooks or betting platforms are for informational purposes only. Your use of any third-party sportsbook or betting platform is subject to that platform's own terms and conditions.

Monitoring and Copyright Complaints

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and review any content or activity on the Services. We may take any action we deem necessary to maintain the integrity and security of the Services.

If you believe that any content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Services; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

ASTRID ALGOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES, INCLUDING PICKS, ANALYTICS, AND PROJECTIONS, IS FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT ADVICE, FINANCIAL ADVICE, OR GAMBLING ADVICE. ASTRID ALGOS ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY BETS PLACED, MONEY WAGERED, OR LOSSES INCURRED BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SPORTS BETTING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK AND YOU MAY LOSE SOME OR ALL OF YOUR MONEY.

Applicable Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding, confidential arbitration conducted in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Astrid Algos.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ASTRID ALGOS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ASTRID ALGOS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. THE LIMITATIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ASTRID ALGOS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astrid Algos, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Services.

Rights to Terminate Use

Astrid Algos reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We may retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The following provisions shall survive termination of these Terms: Content and Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity, and Applicable Law, Venue, and Dispute Resolution.
